Job Description
We are looking for an HR generalist with experience in recruitment and employee relations. You should be able to work independently and with min supervision. Fixed UK Shift - Monday to Friday.
JOB PROFILE:
• Understanding the Job Description for Manpower Requirements
• Source potential candidates from various channels
• Scheduling the Final round of interviews with the Vertical Head
• Keep a regular follow-up with the selected candidates to stay updated with their joining schedule
• Meeting the recruitment targets within the given timeline
• End to End Employee Lifecycle Management
• Resolution of grievances and queries of employees
• Promoting Employee Motivation through Organized Trainings, Celebrating Festivals and Occasion, Lectures, Knowledge- Sharing Session and Events
• Attendance and Leave management
• Salary Processing / Payroll
• Employee Performance Management
• Should be able to take additional responsibilities of Generalist HR functions

1. Excellent Verbal & Written English
2. Optimistic, Assertive & Pleasant Personality.
3. Ability to manage the pressure-like situations in terms of recruitment targets.
4. Demonstrated success in designing and executing recruitment campaigns for difficult-to-fill
positions.
5. Comfortable using recruiting and sourcing methods including direct sourcing, professional
networking tools, Internet-based recruiting tools, search engines, etc.
6. Proven ability to support a dynamic and fast-growth environment
