Job Description
1. Coordinating with internal departments to define recruiting requirements.
2. Developing selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job specifications for open positions.
3. Sourcing possible applicants using Linkedin, recruiting sites, social platforms, and, if needed, print media, posters, and flyers.
4. Screening applicants and evaluating applications by phone or email, as well as arranging pre-interview evaluations.
5. Documenting processes and cultivating positive connections with new and prior applicants.
6. Creating hiring methods and procedures that are in accordance with industry trends, as well as staying up to date on field improvements.
7. Ensuring that candidate settles down in the organization by having regular discussion with him / her and providing requisite support wherever required.
