Responsibilities
• To source candidates from various online channels/ portals like Linked-in, Shine, Naukri etc. for our client companies which are on a Pan-India level, dealing with IT and non-IT sectors.
• To design and update job descriptions.
• Recruit candidates
• Design compensation and benefits packages.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Demands Good Communication skills
