The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. Looking for a Senior person with 6 years of experience at-least in HR Ops (Payroll, Policy, Documents, and Admin ) who is from Jaipur. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, documentation, and administration. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for all employees
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, benefits, and personal information
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting background checks and verifying references
Manage employee documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination agreements
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Monitor and maintain HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction
Continuously review and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 6+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll, documentation, and administration
Strong knowledge of HR principles, including employment law and benefits administration
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
