Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager (Generalist) to lead and manage core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment and is passionate about people and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees
• Manage employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives
• Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
• Performance management and appraisal coordination
• Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Manage payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits
• Support training, learning, and leadership development programs
• HR analytics and reporting to senior management
• Act as a culture champion, promoting transparency and positive workplace vibes
Requirements:
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in an HR Generalist or HRBP role
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRMS systems, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and lead initiatives independently
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
