Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Assist in HR reporting and audits
Qualifications & Skills
Any Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT or tech industry
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
