Job Description-
-Single-handedly handling the entire end to end process of HR
-Ensure positive culture throughout the organization by ensuring employee
welfare activities,
- Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and
interpretation to staff
-Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including, interviewing
and consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation
along with the onboarding process.
- Maintaining a 100% fill rate of on roll & off roll employees.
- Ensure joining formalities are done on time, Induction and JD & KRA
-Coordinating with Consultants for various permanent staffing
requirements.
- Maintain records of manpower in the software
- Prepare reports for the management meeting
- Handling attendance and payroll
- Manage staff training/development program
Qualification-
• Graduation with 3 to 5Yrs of experience in HR.
• working experience in Jwellery industry is mandatory
