Job brief:
We are looking for a HR generalist to be a part of our growing team and work towards creating a happy and healthy work environment for employees. You will be working on talent acquisitions, provide orientation and ensure employees’ concerns are addressed. Your contribution will ensure a better work environment and improve the quality of work within the company.
What to expect from the role:
- Talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
- Coordinate administration of compensation, benefit plans and leave.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new employees.
- Develop interesting HR programs and keep employees engaged.
- Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment.
- Implement HR policies.
- Maintain a database of all the employees information
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of prior work experience in HR roles preferably at technology company or a Startup.
- Bachelors/Masters in HR or general management stream
- Strong communication, people and management skills.
- Analytical with problem solving attitude.
Location: Baner, Pune (In office with WFH flexibilities)
Salary range: 4 to 7 lacs p.a.
