Role Purpose This role will act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners (Contractors) for all HR and Admin related queries pertaining to Woodbridge India location. As a priority, this role will handle most of the HR and Admin documentation, ISO 14001 and IATF 16+4+ Audits and Documentation, WPS (5S), including contracts (Manpower), recruitment paperwork. A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department. Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary, including helping with travel arrangement. Job Responsibilities • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues• Managing the Talent Acquisition, PMS, HCM, T&A, Payroll process.• Managing Teammate Central System (Success Factor – Employee Central) module• Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reporting as per Corporate and Regional requirements.• Managing and executing State and Central Govt. Compliances for India location.• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.• Nurture a positive working environment.• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance through Teammate Central System.• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Required Qualifications • Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed organization with proven track record in HR Admin and Safety function.• Proven working experience as HR and Admin.• People oriented and results driven.• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
