About the Job:

A domain expertise of Payroll, HR Compliance, Employee Engagement, Employee relations, Exit Management, HR Operations, HRIS & Dashboard etc preferably with an IT/ITES firm. A self-driven self-motivated personality who should have an ability to coordinate with COE’s, Functional Heads, peer groups and vendors on need basis. Candidates should have a strong inclination to take on additional responsibilities and ensure delivery with high level of commitment. To ensure the people-perspective is represented in business decisions so implications are understood and the workforce is proactively managed. Performs day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
• End-End Global Payroll responsibility for India.
• Review, analyze and verify payroll reports and documents for accuracy; makes necessary adjustments or corrections through established procedures.
• Accurate and timely input of all data in accordance to processing deadlines.
• Regular review of process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay abreast of all relevant legislative changes with respect to payroll, statutory and audit compliance.
• Manage Grievance handling, PIP & Attendance and Leave management.
• Reporting, Employee data management & HRMS/HRIS Updates, HR Compliance & Regulatory Support, Process Improvements & Documentation. Added Advantage if have exposure in working on HRIS & Payroll ERP.
• Benefits Administration – Assist with on-boarding & renewals, vendor payments, employee enrolment & disenrollment and communication.
• Create and sustain our employee engagement and communication framework and channels.
• Drive R&R and Engagement Agenda with Committee ( both in Virtual & In-office Mode )
• Responds in a timely manner to employee inquiries and questions regarding HR Policies, pay, benefits, general company policy questions. Elevates questions as appropriate.
• Facilitate employee engagement and participative decision making through Culture Committees..
• Other Project as assigned.

Requirements

What you need

Minimum qualifications & attributes:
• Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree with 7+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR Support/Operations & Employee Engagement.
• Thorough knowledge of payroll processes/standards, regulations, best practices and controls
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication & presentation skills
• Uncompromising work ethics, commitment to quality & time management
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience working with payroll, time management and human resource information systems required.
• Demonstrated success with Employee Engagement platforms.
• Knowledge about Indian labour laws.
• Experience in managing HR projects.
• A solid Customer Service Mindset & people’s person; Passionate about building relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
• Solid prioritization and time-management skills.

Role Reporting – Manager HR ( Lead HR For India )Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
