Role Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Global Human Resources team.This role will provide human resources support to a dedicated group of senior HR Business partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR and business leadership to execute both long-term and short-term HR interventions that directly support and enable business priorities
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective organizational structures
• Execute talent assessment strategy for the organization support the team's succession planning efforts in line with evolving business needs
• Ensure performance management and reward practices drive appropriate performance differentiation and contribution
• Lead client groups through critical HR operating rhythms e.g. TCP, Talent Review, etc.
• Partner with HR specialist functions/COEs as needed to support business objectives, e.g. Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development Employee Relations
• Educate and ensure compliance with the Company's HR initiatives, processes and practices
• Provide occasional backup support for fellow HRBP teammates on an as-needed basis.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of diverse HR experience client-facing experience is a strong differentiator
• Experience in a corporate environment global responsibility a plus
• In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles gained through direct work experience, with a solid understanding of the 'why' behind policies and practices
• General knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including exposure to relevant jurisdictions.
• Ability to translate strategic business directives into HR action plans focusing on meaningful areas of impact
• Strong process skills and project management experience
• Successful track record of business impact through use of HR skills, including influencing and project management
• Experience coaching and advising leaders
• Ability to be a healthy disruptor and challenge the status quo even if the view is unpopular.

• Master's degree in Business, Labor Relations/Human Resources, or Organizational Psychology

• Experience in financial services
• Experience that has contributed to an understanding of the asset management industry including roles, business processes, and organizational structure

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

• Solid communication skills, verbal, written and presentation ability to effectively communicate recommendations and rationale to internal stakeholders
