Representing Sargent & Lundy at college career fairs
Providing guidance on company policies and benefits
Conducting HR research and maintaining employment records
Conducting exit interviews and preparing HR reports
Undertaking special HR projects as assigned

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 office days per week and the remainder remote/virtual

Preferred Qualifications For This HR Generalist Role Include
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or HR Generalist
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong commitment to internal and external customer service
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities with a results-oriented approach
• Proficiency in problem diagnosis and solution implementation
• Aptitude for utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated bias for action, strong work ethic, and dedication to excellence
• Passion for innovative HR solutions and process enhancement
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with internet sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, and experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar job boards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• Willingness to travel (less than 10%) and occasionally work overtime
