Key Accountabilities
• Partner with employees for implementing HR processes and policies related to employee life cycle management
• Responsible for sourcing, attracting and screening talent in line with the OmniActive brand
• Develop long-term recruitment strategies to reduce TAT
• Communicate and manage changes related to organization and processes
• Provides implementation, data management and analytical support to HR Leads on HR initiatives
• Manage and collate Business HR wide data as well as update templates and portals
• Provide data cuts and first level data analysis
• Track and support implementation, including publishing status reports, MIS or dashboards
• Address/ escalate employee grievances on HR initiatives, processes and policies
• Carry out the engagement activities and identify ways to improve the motivation through engagement activities
• Communicate and manage changes related to organization and processes
• Initiate Employee onboarding and induction during Talent Acquisition
• Create Job Descriptions for changed/modified roles
Experience and Qualifications
• 0-4 years of experience
• MBA (HR) from Tier I colleges
