Job Description
1) General Summary:
i. The Manager - Talent is someone who works closely with the Director & Chief Experience Officer of the Company, to identify, attract and retain talent with the QubeHealth team.
ii. The candidate would be someone who understands HR processes and people with the ability to be detail oriented and diligent with your tasks.
iii. The candidate would come with experience in such a role within the HR Department of any competent organization, with a skill set of managing the organization’s internal HR processes.
2) Job Purpose:
i) To assist the Director to setting up and managing all HR matters.
ii) To plan ahead as per the Company’s growth plans.
3) Job Description:
i) Manage the recruitment process through the various channels available – Direct, Recruitment Consultants, LinkedIn, Angel List and Job Portals, as applicable.
ii) Manage the Appointment & Onboarding formalities of new team members joining the Company.
iii) Manage monitor, timely performance evaluation schedules across the various departments and hierarchies in the Company.
Monitor compliance on attendance and leaves for company employees.
ii) Assist the Director and Accounting teams in data related to payroll processing.
iii) Assist the Director in implementing and managing HR & Team Building Events in the Company.
Skills

Eligibility
i. Minimum 2 Years’ experience in similar role with a competent Company.
ii. Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
iii. Very good English-speaking & writing skills.
iv. Well versed with Zoho-People, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
v. Based in Mumbai.
