Title: Associate HR Generalist
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities include:-
● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
● Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
● Managing the recruitment and selection process
● Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and state/federal regulations
● Maintain employee records and update as needed
● Update company policies and benefits package
● Facilitate communication between management/department heads and employees
● Educate employees on company benefits and rewards
● Assist management with corrective action, conflict resolution, and accidents
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s in human resources management
● Preferred 3 years HR experience, minimum 1 year
● Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
● Intermediate mathematical skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
