We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Starkflow. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
This role will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files and HR reports.
• Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness initiatives, and HRIS implementation.
Requirements :
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
