Responsibilities
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing a variety of transactional core HR processes including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, compensation, and retention and engagement
This role's duties will primarily be performed in an office setting
Occasional travel, including overnight stays, will be required
The HR Generalist works to drive and monitor projects and initiatives that affect compliance, efficiency, and accuracy of daily operations
This will include the development and maintenance of effective, professional, and influential relationships with supervisors, business partners, and applicants throughout the Company
Communicates regularly with leaders regarding immediate and future staffing needs and collaborates to identify a plan to assist with the placement of qualified candidates into open positions
Partners with business leaders and Talent Acquisition team to attract, develop and retain top talent in the organization to support business strategy
Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
Acts as a knowledge multiplier to consistently coach and develop business partners and team members
Consults with supervisory personnel to assist with solving problems through human resource and values-based solutions within established policies, procedures, and guidelines
Recommends appropriate methods and techniques that may include counseling, coaching, corrective action, performance reviews, development plans, conflict resolution policy, etc
Escalates complex HR issues as appropriate
Responds to team member relations matters to include, but not limited to, intake of alleged harassment, discrimination or retaliation reports, and potential wage/hour concerns, and other related matters to uphold a healthy culture

Recommends and assists with the development and presentation of educational materials and training
This may include management practices, human resource concepts as well as policy training as necessary
Partners closely with business leaders to ensure training programs are effective and being executed to the standard

Analyzes workforce data, including turnover, and team member survey reporting and present recommendations for consideration
May assist in resolving reasonable drug suspicion evaluation, payroll questions, benefit questions, non-routine verifications of employment, and unemployment
May coordinate on-site team member campaigns regarding various initiatives such as wellness and volunteerism programs
May coordinate on-site mandatory updates/postings and any other HR-related postings or notifications such as benefits enrollment, scholarship program, etc

Requirements
