Job Description
An amazing opportunity for a Human Resources Graduate to join a Defence Prime business. Experience in industry is not necessary for this role, we are just looking for someone with ambition and initiative to really make a difference. This is an initial six month contract with the view of becoming permanent.
In this role you will;
Support the administration of hiring and internal transfers of employees
Have input on sourcing improvements and get involved with proactive sourcing
Manage candidate progression through the recruiting process
Create branded advertising campaigns
Report on data
Analyse data to show trends
Schedule interviews
Ensure completion and compliance of documentation
Social media posting
What you will need to be successful in the position:
Attention to detail;
Highly developed communication skills;
A great attitude
Computer literacy and good record management skills
Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
Human Resources degree highly desirable
