What will I be doing?
Working in our People function, you’ll rotate through three teams over the 2-year programme. You'll help us ensure that our employees feel valued and empowered, equipped with the resources to perform at their best.
Some teams you could be working with include:
1 Rotation: Compensation and HR Processes – help manage compensation processes (salary review & incentive process), embedding of job grades and market pay, and assist in the facilitation of our performance development program (PDP) process and any relevant talent processes.
2 Rotation: OD/Talent – focussed on Talent process, and assist with DEI and learning, driving our capability and inclusion agenda to maximise potential and achieve excellent business outcomes through exceptional experiences. We’re dedicated to building skills and capabilities to meet today’s business objectives while nurturing the talent of tomorrow, through implementing personalised, clear, and accessible development programmes. Our strategies aim to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusivity, ensuring every employee feels valued.
3 Rotation: Business Partnering/Employee Relations – act as trusted advisor and coach to our managers on HR-related issues, advise on workforce planning and talent management, participate in enterprise agreement negotiations and help to drive organisational change initiatives.
Throughout the 3 rotations, learn and execute HR related reporting.
Who we’re looking for
To be eligible for this role, you must have graduated, or expect to graduate with a Bachelors degree in any subject area. You must also be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand, or hold Australian Permanent Residency.
You don’t have to have studied a particular degree to join us, but there are some specific qualities we look for in our candidates. You should be eager to take on challenges, enjoy working as a team to collaborate on finding solutions, and should have a passion for development and growth, constantly looking to learn new things and exploring new ideas.
