Job description:
Ensuring the hiring in defined TAT as per manpower plan/JD
Sourcing and attracting candidates though database, portals, social media.
Execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
Coordinating the interview schedule/drives, maintaining a candidate database
Manage documentation & onboarding process
Maintain and update HR MIS Reports
Ensure completeness of personnel files, documentation and employee records as per defined process.
Required Skillset
Good communication skill with Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other free job portal
Knowledge of Head Hunting through various Social Media
Knowledge on hiring for Manufacturing, Insurance, Real-estate.
Prefereed Candidates Residing Near Borivali, Kandivali- Mumbai Locations
