Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Screening, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews
• Conducting initial screening of resumes and preliminary-level interviews with the candidates
• Screening candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations, and relocation needs
• Shortlisting resumes by evaluating the candidate's communication skills, presentation, and technical skills based on the requirements
• Working with managers for scheduling, negotiating & convincing candidates to accept the offer and make them join as soon as possible
• Building good relations with the candidates and maintaining the database
• Managing end-to-end follow-up with the candidate
