• Handle entire scope of recruitment using Naukri Job Portal, Placement consultancy, and Newspaper advertisement
• Job posting
• CV sourcing through portal
• Communicate with other Department / HOD
• Communicating with job candidates via phone, email, and in person to determine availability and hiring timelines
• Salary negotiation
• Reference check & verification
• Making salary break up
• Document Verification & Document collection
• offer Letter
• Joining Formalities & Socialize the person
• Miscellaneous Work
• Hiring sales, services, design etc. candidates with experience
Requirements
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience
• Proficient in using Naukri Job Portal, Placement consultancy, and Newspaper advertisement for recruitment
• Good communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
• Knowledge of salary negotiation and document verification
• Experience in hiring candidates from sales, services, design, etc.
