As an HR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and promoting a positive work environment. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Roles And Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to foster a positive and productive work environment. Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation programs. Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance and support to resolve employee issues and grievances. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and keep up-to-date with HR best practices and industry regulations. Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and incentive programs. Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance data.
