About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with search firms/agencies and recruitment partners to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high quality, diverse candidate pool as well as participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
2. Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating the offer process, post-offer engagement)
3. Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers
4. Conduct screening discussions and filtering candidates for open positions
5. Organize technical interviews and take them to closure
6. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates and recruitment partners on the status
Requirements:
1. Number of years of experience expected: 1-3 years
2. Areas of past experience preferred: Talent management, talent acquisition, recruitment specialist in the BFSI space
3. Educational qualification expected: No restrictions
4. Additional certifications preferred: None
5. Application experience: MS Office applications with a high level of proficiency in Excel
6. Preferred immediate joiners from Mumbai only
