About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Work to design and update job descriptions
2. Assist with sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
3. Handle crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Work to screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Manage interviewing candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
6. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
7. Work to advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. Being a graduate is a must
