Key Responsibilities

• Policy implementation:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance.
• Employee records management:
• Maintain accurate records of employees’ data, attendance, leaves, and payroll.
• Manage HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.
• Conflict resolution:
• Address employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes effectively.
• Ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Strategic HR planning:
• Collaborate with management to design HR strategies for talent retention and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements in HR processes.
• Workforce analytics:
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Work-from-home support:
