About the Internship:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals with zeal to work in a dynamic environment in Jaipur.
Key responsibilities:
1. Implement and administer employee policies
2. Monitor and handle employee grievances
3. Handle employee engagement activities
4. Take care of onboarding formalities and documentation
5. Handle employee exit formalities and ensuring smooth separation
6. Work on generation and maintenance of accurate employee records for management
7. Work on documentation, HRIS management, attendance and payroll as well
Skills:
1. Self-motivated and fast learner with ability to operate independently
2. Should be proficient in MS Office
3. Good communication skills
4. Should be a highly versatile thinker who assimilates knowledge and has understanding across different industries, products, technologies, disciplines etc.
