Key responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Work efficiently on MS Word and Excel for documentation and data tracking.
3. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to recruitment and other HR functions.
4. Handle general back-office tasks to support smooth operations.
