About the job:
Key responsibilities:
• Recruitment and onboarding:
• Source and recruit candidates using various job portals and networks.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with departments, and finalize selections.
• Handle new employee joining formalities and onboarding processes.
• Employee records and compliance:
• Generate UAN and manage PF/ESIC registrations.
• Prepare and issue appointment letters and maintain detailed employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including maintaining statutory registers.
• Payroll and attendance management:
• Oversee attendance records and ensure timely salary processing.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and other benefits.
• Industrial relations and legal management:
• Address employee grievances and foster a harmonious workplace.
• Assist in industrial relations and manage labor union interactions.
• Draft legal documents, manage RTI responses, and support HR and compliance audits.
• HR administration:
• Draft official emails and handle general employee communications.
• Document HR processes and policies, and manage compliance documentation.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of labor laws and ensure adherence to legal standards.
Additional responsibilities:
• Support in HR audits and compliance checks.
• Coordinate recruitment drives and campus hiring initiatives.
• Provide assistance in internal and external reporting.
Additional details:
• Location: Corporate office, Phool Bagan.
• Salary: As per industry standard.
