Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) 2. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process 3. Work on the full recruitment process: interview, offer, negotiation, and close candidates for assigned requisitions 4. Work on screening resumes 5. Work on performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates 6. Work on following up on the interviews process status 7. Make tracker sheets on a regular basis for proper records Who can apply: 1. Well-versed in candidate handling 2. Must have knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint 3. Proven work experience as an HR recruiter or similar role 4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases 5. Experience with sourcing techniques with a high turn-up ratio.
