Designation: Human Resources HR Internship
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage recruitment projects for the allocated clients to fulfill their open requirements
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process with complete ownership from sourcing to role fulfillment
3. Manage communication with all clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project
4. Manage and track tasks of associates who would be dedicated to the project throughout the process
5. Keep a strong pulse on the interest levels and/or concerns of top candidates
6. Consistently meet the defined performance metrics
