About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels to attract top talent.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
4. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our processes.
5. Assist the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and organizing training sessions.
6. Provide excellent customer service to candidates and employees, ensuring a positive experience.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve overall HR functions.

3. are available for duration of 3 months
