Our mission is to be the middleware for ideas and their actual implementation. About the Internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop and execute recruiting plans 2. Work on end-to-end technical screening and calling relevant candidates 3. network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees 4. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process 5. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives 6. Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping 7. Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire 8. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements +. Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions 10. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation 11. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need 12.
