About Young Turtle
Young Turtle is a technology-driven, multi-strategy quantitative trading firm, trading in financial markets. We're a math and technology company. We're scientists and engineers working as a team to solve difficult problems in the dynamic world of finance. Our team constantly works towards the research and development of quantitative trading algorithms by adhering to mathematical and statistical models.
We run quant models on two-sided market research, on a broad range of listed Indian and global financial instruments: equities, futures, options, currencies, and commodities. At Young Turtle, we seek to continuously find out inefficiency in the market through a statistical edge. We're seeking mathematicians, software engineers, and academics to help us seek connections in financial data.

About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Create job postings, connect with candidates; conduct telephonic interviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, reference checks, negotiation, and offer generation)
• Provide assistance to the project manager which includes a screening of applications, schedule meetings and appointments, management of email correspondences, drafting replies, prepare presentation material
• Work on general office administrative duties includes attending to walk-ins, assisting to answer phone calls, courier arrangement and mailing, sorting and distribution of incoming calls and faxes
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
