About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate, manage and implement the human resources policies, procedures, and practices for all designated employees
2. Implement the performance management process for the employees including but not limited to monitoring the performance of employees on an ongoing basis and conducting performance reviews
3. Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives
4. Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition
5. Work on performance management
5. Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirements
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Apr'22 and 11th May'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
