About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Sourcing the best-fit candidates for the organization and following up with the interview process
• Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
• Assisting with manpower planning and recruitment
• Leading the recruitment process, including the selection and interviewing of candidates
• Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring
• Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way
