About Company:
Fyn is a young & vibrant startup from IIT Madras. We started out our journey as EV manufacturers and eventually moved to EV-As-A-Service to power the fleets of the various delivery agglomerates, from large e-commerce and small businesses to the F&B sector we cater to all your last-mile delivery needs.
With our experience in building EVs to deploying our vehicles to assist the various fleets, we were able to understand each step involved in the EV logistics ecosystem. Fyn aims to be the biggest vertically integrated EV ecosystem platform.
About the Internship:
We are looking an enthusiastic and passionate HR intern to assist our hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with hiring managers to understand the hiring need and specifications.
Posting job advertisements to job portals and social media platforms
Sourcing the right candidates as per the JD from different sourcing channels
Screen potential candidates' resumes and profiles to identify suitable candidates who will match the
business requirement and check culture fit to fill the job vacancies
Coordinating with stakeholders/interview panels and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Communicate with candidates at every step of the recruiting process via call and emails.
Generating offer and appointment letters post final selection.
Assist in day-to-day HR related activities
Who should apply:
Should be available for full time (in-office) internship
Can start the internship between within 15 days
Available for duration of 6 months
Knowledge of MS Excel.
Self-motivated and ability to remain calm under pressure
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Education:
Graduation Degree is must.
Stipend:
Ample Knowledge, Platform to get your hands dirty.
