About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Engaging in the recruitment process which includes, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
• Participating in ideating plans for organization development
• Communicating and coordinating with candidates. Providing accurate information about the job
• Creating and modifying job descriptions periodically
• Composing offer letters, drafting emails and other important documents
• Posting job vacancies online in different job portals
• Assisting the HR staff in gathering data on current market salary information
• Updating company's data base regularly
Skills
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of basic HR procedures and policies
• Knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
• Knowledge of additional HRIS systems is a plus
• Natural interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
