JSM Technologies is a technology company specializing in human capital management software products including HR software, payroll software, employee self-service software, central government payroll software, expense claims reimbursement software, timesheet software, and business intelligence software. JSM Global Development and Support Center headquarters are in Bangalore, India, and the organization has clients across India & overseas too.
About the Internship:
The selected intern will be directly working under the expert guidance of the founder/CMD of JSMTPL, hence this will be a tremendous learning opportunity working under a highly experienced professional.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on recruitment
2. Working on induction
3. Handling training
4. Working on core HR activities
5. Working on employee database management
6. Handling leave and attendance
7. Working on HR and payroll software usage
8. Working on HRIS software client handling (to get real-time experience on HRIS software implementations)
+. Daily Operations in office.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Feb'23 and 8th Mar'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR 4,000-6,000 /month
