About The Internship
What you will do:
In this role, you will handle hiring & help the HR team implement people strategies & solutions aligned with the short & long-term goals of the business. As a critical member of the HR team, will be responsible for the effective deployment of our core HR processes at all levels and ensure closure of all open positions. This is an IC role. You will be responsible for utilizing creative sourcing methods to identify top-performing candidates through various channels[Naukri, Linkedin, Social Media]
This position establishes and maintains strong partnerships with key candidates, our recruitment partners, and at times our business hiring teams to develop a talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Deliver on HR transactional/process requirements eg: generate data, check the accuracy, suggest modifications to support data integrity
• Develop effective attraction strategies that get even the most passive candidate to engage
• Effectively and efficiently communicate with all levels of the organization
• Work on extremely aggressive hiring numbers
• Build and maintain metrics to show data-driven conclusions on hiring numbers
• Build and present a dashboard that shows traction across open positions
