Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Handling HR operational work such as management of attendance, leaves, entrances, exits
• Using HR software to ensure that payroll is managed properly and salaries, commissions, etc., are calculated and maintained
• Engaging in recruitment activities including job postings, screening applicants, going to job boards and other databases to get the right candidates for open positions (particularly in sales)
• Handling basic day-to-day office management
