P.R. GLOlinks Consulting is a specialist, two-decade-old vendor-independent right-sourcing business and technology consultant. We assist clients to assess and manage the risks associated with global expansion programs and seamlessly integrate the processes to ensure business continuity. One of the major challenges in establishing a captive center is finding the right people quickly and efficiently, designing competitive compensation benefits packages, creating India-specific HR Policies, etc.
To address these critical needs PRGLO's division works with client as a successful, independent HR Consultant and TALENT Search Entity- enabling organization to establish in the shortest time frames.

About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn)
2. Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
4. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
5. Monitor Key HR metrics including the time to fill, time to hire, and source of hire
Note:
If the candidate performs well - he/she will be confirmed for permanent employment.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Apr'23 and 16th May'23
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
