About the Internship:
Qualification: MBA/ PGDM or relevant
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing recruitment data and working on recruitment tracker sheet
2. Coordinating with various department as and if required
3. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
4. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
5. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information
7. Assisting in the planning of company events
8. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
9. Coordinating new hire orientations
10. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
11. Assisting senior authorities in their tasks
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or Master degree or diploma in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
2. Proven experience working in an office environment
3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
4. The ability to work as part of a team
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent administrative and organizational skills
7. Effective communication skills
8. Detail-oriented

Stipend:
