CentoTech Services Private Limited is a software engineering and solutions company headquartered in Hyderabad, India. Founded in 2015, with just 10 employees in ERP services and now elongated to 60 employees providing small, midmarket, and enterprise businesses with a variety of different services such as custom software development, mobile app development, application management & support, SAP, IT strategy consulting, staff augmentation and among others. Besides, we are remarkably sharing hands with startups providing technology services. Our clients range from large multinational companies to fast-growing startups working toward an IPO.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
2. Assist with onboarding new hires, such as preparing orientation materials, creating new hire packets, and updating employee records
3. Help with employee training and development programs, such as organizing training sessions, creating training materials, and tracking employee participation
4. Assist in maintaining HR data management systems, such as updating employee information, managing electronic files, and preparing reports
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 26th Apr'23 and 31st May'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 2,000 /month + Incentives
