Courses at SkillGenic Academy are specially designed to develop practical skills as per the current industry trends. Unlike theocratical knowledge, we will be training individuals to gain the skills required by industry and help them to land their dream job. Years of research has helped us to identify and understand the graduate- employee skills gap in the industry. so at SkillGenic we keep up with the pace and impart a practical experience that encompasses all the latest concepts of the industry so that our students can effortlessly integrate into assigned roles.
About the Internship:
1.Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
2.Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
3.Screen resumes and application forms.
4.Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
5.Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
6.Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department).
7.Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days).
8.Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
+.Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Apr'22 and 16th May'22
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests
