Jaipur Rugs Group is India's largest manufacturer and exporter of hand-knotted rugs and is known globally as a leader in the hand-woven rugs category. The company has a network of around 40,000 skilled artisans in rural India. With its base of operations in Jaipur, the brand takes the artistic craftsmanship of hand-woven rugs to North America through its unit in Atlanta, Georgia (USA), and representatives across the USA and Canada.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing relevant profiles, conducting the first round of interviews, screening, and filling out necessary forms from the candidate
2. Reviewing employment applications and background check reports
3. Arranging the Skype/F2F/telephonic interview with the concerned person
4. Preparing the CTC Breakup and offer letter for the selected candidate
5. Working on vacancy (vacancy to be closed as per TAT)
6. Maintaining and updating the upcoming joining, vacant position, and employee roles and responsibilities list
7. Preparing and handing over the appointment letter of each new joiner within 3 days of their joining
8. Doing data analysis, research, data entry, and talent mapping from various job portals-Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
Requirements:
1. Should have good communication skills, good in MS Word/MS Excel
2. Good at handling reports
3. MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree
Additional information:
1. Stipend - 6000/per month
2. Duration - 4 to 5 months

2. can start the internship between 28th Dec'22 and 1st Feb'23
3. are available for duration of 5 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Jaipur
