About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and other relevant HR data
2. Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews
3. Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires
4. Assist in HR documentation and filing, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements
5. Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, as assigned
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and events
7. Stay updated on HR best practices and emerging trends in HR administration
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience are welcome to apply
2. A strong interest in pursuing a career in HR administration
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling sensitive employee information
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
6. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
