About The Internship
We are looking for the best candidate who can show their skills in HR (IT recruitment). This would be an opportunity for a fresher to upgrade their skills with a leading recruitment firm.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals based like Naukri, Times Job, Shine, and different other job portals based on the company requirements
• Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates
• Assessing the knowledge, skills, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant
• Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company
• Experience in IT recruitment is preferable.
