We are an information technology firm based in Thane. We deal with software development, websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Collecting and updating our database with new hiring information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
4. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
5. Maintaining payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
6. Assisting in the planning of company events
7. Helping prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents pertaining to organizational policies, SOPs, project documentation
8. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
+. Coordinating new hire orientations
10. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
11. Coordinating with relevant departments and fulfilling allocated responsibilities
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st May'23 and 5th Jun'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
