About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Completing the technical recruiting and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, etc.
2. Managing the candidate pipeline and maintaining records in Google sheets or Coda
3. Fostering cross-functional relationships and ensuring managers and employees are properly connected
4. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
5. Serving as the contact person for questions from candidates
6. Onboarding and inducting new joiners
7. Working on college/campus placements
8. Maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Mar'23 and 18th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Navi Mumbai, Vashi Navi Mumbai, Panvel and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

INR 10,000 /month
